Our Vision for Inclusion

At Upton Hall School FCJ, our vision for inclusion is rooted in the belief that every individual is a unique child of God, created in His image and likeness. Inspired by the charism of Marie Madeleine d'Houët and the Faithful Companions of Jesus (FCJ), we cultivate an educational sanctuary where barriers are actively identified and removed, diverse needs are embraced with grace, and the unique giftedness of every student is recognised, nourished and celebrated.

We believe that true inclusive practice treats diversity as an asset and ensures that all children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or from disadvantaged backgrounds, can achieve high standards without facing barriers to participation.
