Assistant Headteacher: Pastoral Care and Safeguarding
(Leadership Spine L12-16)

Required for January 2025

This is an outstanding opportunity for a successful middle leader who is ready for School Leadership.  

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven record of achieving excellent results at GCSE and Advanced Level
• Evidence of successful middle leadership
• Experience of supporting students to make outstanding progress across the curriculum
• The ability to lead a team of form tutors and develop a PSHE/RSE programmes
• A strong portfolio of CPD
• Excellent ICT skills
• A commitment to offering a rich variety of extra curricular activities
• A willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school
