Assistant Headteacher: Pastoral Care and Safeguarding
(Leadership Spine L12-16)
Required for January 2025
This is an outstanding opportunity for a successful middle leader who is ready for School Leadership.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven record of achieving excellent results at GCSE and Advanced Level
- Evidence of successful middle leadership
- Experience of supporting students to make outstanding progress across the curriculum
- The ability to lead a team of form tutors and develop a PSHE/RSE programmes
- A strong portfolio of CPD
- Excellent ICT skills
- A commitment to offering a rich variety of extra curricular activities
- A willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school
