About the Role:
As a School Secretary, you’ll be a welcoming face of our busy school office, supporting staff, pupils, and parents every day. You’ll manage communications, maintain records, organise events, and help ensure our school runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role at the heart of a thriving school community with over 1000 pupils.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Great communicator, with a friendly and professional manner
• Competent IT user and able to manage busy workloads
• Previous school office experience desirable, but not essential

Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status.
